Conference Dates: March 5-8, 2009

Registration Deadlines:
-Priority Registration: Sunday, November 23, 2008 at 11:59 PM PST
(Schools that register by this date will be given priority in country assignments)
-Final Registration: Sunday, January 25, 2009 at 11:59 PM PST

Payments:
-For priority registration 50% of total fees must be postmarked by November 28th, 2008.
-For all schools, 100% of total fees must be postmarked by January 30th, 2009.

Bounced Checks:
If your school's check bounces, a fee of $50 will be applied to your total fees.

Refunds:
-Schools are free to add or drop delegates until January 25th, 2009. UCBMUNC will refund fees for dropped delegates in full until this date. Between January 26th and February 15th, a 50% refund will be given; after February 15th, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

Country Assignments:
-Will be sent out via e-mail to individual schools once payment is received.
